Pre Order Related

  • How to place an order?

Select a product from any of the categories listed on website. Click on ‘Buy Now’. Select any add-ons if you like and proceed towards checkout. Fill up the details here and just complete your payment.

  • I don’t want to disclose my name as sender.

Perfect. We understand this. You can select ‘surprise’ option at checkout page in sender section.

  • How can I be assured about the quality of the product?

We are known for our reliability. We love our customers and we need them with us always. Our team works really hard to deliver an experience to welcome you back.

  • Will you deliver on-time?

We know how important it is for you to make sure that your gift arrives on time. All the efforts are made to deliver an order within specific time-range if it is a fixed a time delivery or midnight order. Unfortunately we don’t take specific requests for timing in standard delivery option.

    • Can I customize an order?

We know you want to make it special. And to help you personalize your gift, we have all the options available. Just call up our customer service and brief your requirement.

  • I am looking for something specific but I can’t find it on website.

  • I can’t see my city in the list. How can I check serviceability?

  • I am unable to see today’s delivery date for a particular product.

We accept same day delivery until 8 pm for Flowers and Cakes.Gift products are usually shipped from our warehouse and require transit time of 3-4 working days.

Some special cakes and flower arrangements which require preparation time may also not show under ‘same day delivery’ date.

  • Do you deliver at midnight?

Yes, we do. Select cities (check here). Charges for the same are Rs.250 only.

  • Do you deliver at specific time?

Yes we do. Charges for the same are Rs.195 only.

  • What are the delivery charges?

Umm, let us calculate. Its 2+2-4 =0 ūüôā It’s FREE.

  • Why do I see extra city based shipping charge?

We have the widest coverage of serviceable cities, no matter where your loved ones live. To be able to deliver this wide, there are certain regions which require additional shipping charge.

  • Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we do. Check our International Service countries here.

Payment

  • What are the payment options available?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Western Union, PayTm, Mobikwik, Paypal and Deposits in Bank.

  • Can I pay using PayTm?

Yes.

  • I was placing an order but the page failed to load it.

It may happen due to connectivity issues. Don’t panic! Just¬†email us¬†and we will set things right.

Discount, Coupons & Reward Points

  • I am unable to apply a discount code.

The code may have expired or valid on a particular category or price limit. If you’ve checked all of these and are still experiencing an issue, please report¬†here

  • Where should I apply the discount code?

You can apply the code at ‘cart page’ before proceeding to checkout.

  • I applied coupon but the order failed.

All coupons with failed payments remain valid until its designated expiry date.

  • I placed the order but forgot to apply the promo code.

We’re sorry, we can’t apply a promo code after the order has been placed. You can however, request an extension by reporting¬†here

  • How can I use my reward points?

If you have available reward points, you will be shown a balance and an option to use them at ‘Cart page’.

  • I want to modify the address, how can I do that?

We will be happy to do so if your order is not already processed. Please, email us the correct address with your order number.

  • Can I change the product after I have placed the order?

  • I placed the order but haven’t received any confirmation.

Usually payment confirmation emails are sent minutes after a successful transaction. If you haven’t received it, please¬†login¬†to your account and check order status. If it is in process it means that you can sit back and relax. In case you cannot see your order there, please,¬†email us.

Tracking an order

  • How can I track an order?

Just login to your account and you can see, manage and/or track your orders.

  • My order hasn’t reached, what to do?

Our Standard Delivery Timings are 9 am to 8 pm. If your delivery has been delayed beyond 8 pm (or has crossed fixed time or midnight timings), please email us and we will look into it at priority.

  • My order is delivered, but not all items.

If your order had a shipping product, it may arrive separately. Check your order confirmation email for more details. If it’s a miss, we apologize. Please,¬†email us¬†and we will look into it.

  • When will my midnight order be delivered?

Midnight orders are delivered between 23.30 hrs to 00.30 hrs.Please, cross check the date selected by you. If your occasion is on 14th Oct, please select 13th Oct with Midnight Shipping as delivery method..

  • I have received delivery notification but my order hasn’t been delivered.

It could be a technical glitch, we apologize. Please, email us your order number and we will have it sorted.

  • Can I get delivery boy’s number?

Unfortunately, not. Our riders are on way the whole day and it gets troublesome to receive calls from customers.

  • What if the recipient is not at location?

In case of office, we may deliver at reception. We will however call the recipient and co-ordinate for best action to be taken.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • How can I cancel my order?

Order can be canceled 48 hrs prior to delivery date. You can do it by writing a simple email to us.

  • Can I postpone the delivery date of my order?

If the order has not been processed, yes. Just email us your order number.

  • If I cancel the order, will I be eligible for a refund?

If your order is canceled 48 hrs prior to delivery date, yes, you will be eligible for a complete refund.

  • When can I expect a refund?

A refund typically takes 3-4 working days to show up in your account. This is however, managed by your bank and may take longer in some cases.

  • Where can I see status of my refund?

Just login to your account and you can see, manage and/or track your orders.

We’re sorry, due to high rush of orders we don’t accept fixed time deliveries or special requests during Valentine week. The orders, however will be delivered on scheduled date of delivery.
